V6 Auto Error Codes 47 & 57

I keep getting Error Codes 47 (No x18 Ref Signal) & 57 (Injector Voltage Low) everytime the car goes for a drive. Every now and then (5min or up a week of driving) the engine would stall and take a few minutes to restart. Tried reseating the PCM connectors, the memcal chip, the BCM connectors, related fuses/relays, the Ignition Module connector and the 3 firewall connectors on the driver's side. No change! Each time I monitor the codes I ensure the codes are cleared with only code 12 cycling. With the engine running the battery is showing 13.9v.

Does anyone with any ideas!!
