HI im jujst wondering wat type of gear boxes u guys have and which is the better one i have a turbo 700 in mine came when i bought it it pulls 70km/h in 1st, 2nd 120km/h, 3rd and 4th off the clock.

nearly everyone in here has the same auto trans. 4L60/4L60E are basically the same trans, but 4L60 is hydraulic, and 4L60E is electronic.
5 means '95, HD means V6 floor shift, D means 4L60E

i dont know what you want out of the 'box, but a 4L60E with a hardware and software shift kit (like say the transgo HD2 kit) is good enough for most applications and will have very firm shifts when more than 50% throttle is applied (the amount of throttle determines the "tightness" of the shift, the benifits of an electronic trans).
for higher power engines a 4L65E (a stronger version of the 4L60E) is a good choice as it can handle more power. a shift kit (even if its only a software one) would still be needed for quick firm shifts though.
