    Hi all,

I would like to know if the gauge in the VK with a V6 is accurate or not, i have used the VP coolant temp sensor, Im a little confused as the engine fan comes on at different temperature on the gauge, usually about half or little over but when you go for a longer run its seems to be more around the 3/4 mark.

Does anyone know what ohms will show what reading on both a VP and VK gauge, eg 0hms in the red zone, 50ohms at half and 100 ohms in the blue.

Im hoping the gauge is showing hotter then it actually is because it seems to run hot by the gauge but not any hotter then normal by feel. The top hose wont burn you if you hold it for a second or two.

OK i found out vp temp gauge is:
    Cold: 283 ohms
    Middle: 56-68 ohms
    Hot: 36-44 ohms

All i need now is the VK gauge.
