V6 running rough/vibrating

I've just done an engine swap in my VY. Used a VS motor, swapped manifolds, looms and everything to suit the VY. It's a manual, used the flywheel/clutch etc from the VY motor on the VS.

Problem is now it's running quite rough. Feels like the motor is out of balance. The clutch kit only has 50k on it and it was fine prior to the engine swap. Engine mounts aren't that flash, but with only 50k on them and no time to spare they didn't get replaced. Any thoughts on what it could be or where to start?

I would go around checking for vacuum leaks 1st then check spark

Vy will have a different balance weight on the flywheel they got lighter rods

Could be spark plug. Got the same problem. I replaced it with correct gapping. Then got it fixed.
