VY S/Charged S-Pack
Hi guys,

First post on the website, been doing a bit of reading, website is great.

I have just bought a VY series1 Supercharged V6 S pack, and I’m thinking about doing a pulley and rockers mod upgrade from www.v6supercharged.com.au.
I’m just wondering how the fuel will vary once done? As it is a family car most of the time (when the wife’s driving), so I don’t want it to suck a heap.
Also would anyone know how much quicker it would be over 0-100?
Anyway it’s about a $1400 upgrade. You can do the pulley upgrade for around $600 then do the rockers later, which might be the way to go.
Just wondering what other people’s thoughts are?

Personally, i would drop the rockers on first, let more air/fuel into the cylinders, making her breathe a hell of a lot more which u'll notice a major improvement, then boost it later with the pulley..

Hi there, I have a VX Supercharged S Pack with the rocker arms and the pulley upgrade and the economy is pretty good. Im averaging about 700km per tank of fuel... dont know how that compares to ya standard VX but I am happy with it....

Hi blownmotor12c,

I guess you are using premium, but which octane level? 95 or 98?
On 98 I can get 800km out of a tank now.
