Are all stock springs fe2? I have put v6 in a v8 but seems to sit higher I did change the front struts they already had the v6 stock springs just wondering why v8 would leave less of a gap but v6 leaves huge cap is this to do with the struts

V8 springs with a V6 will cause the car to sit higher, because they are designed for extra weight of the V8...

The cheats way of lowering a V8, in the front, is use V6 springs....

It might need a few kays to settle....Otherwise, they aren't V6 springs....And not all springs are FE2 springs....FE2 is about 50MM lower than stock
