Would be cheaper to buy a VE V8 than doing the swap. Or you could try buying a write off VE V8 that has been hit in the rear.

Only reason want to do it cause I just brought a excellent condition 2011 model for $1500

How much of the work can you do yourself? You’ll probably find that you’ll spend more trying to convert yours than what it would cost to go buy an ss

There are no (and never will be) conversion kits. The entire driveline (including gearbox) all electronics relating to the engine (not even including the Tech 2 angles) are completely different, they might as well be two totally different GM cars.

Basically, conversion kit = sell V6, buy V8, they're not thin on the ground. Either that or a wreck.

Tidy up the 2011 V6, sell it for profit and buy a V8.

Agree Ross.
He should more than double his money and put it towards a proper V8.
