V8 swapping a vf sv6

I currently own a 2013 Vf sv6 and was wondering in this current market if it would eventually be worth a v8 conversion down the track. The car only has 120,000km and still runs fine.

Sell it and put the money toward a factory V8 model. Your car will always be a factory SV6, even with a V8 conversion. You will probably be able to ask a for a few more dollars if you sell it, but nowhere near the $10k+ you'd put into it to do the conversion properly.
