I've got a VR V8 throttle body on my VN V6. All is fine except the V8 throttle body has a single vacuum line that connects upto the charcoal canister, the VN V6 throttle body has 2 vacuum lines which connect upto the 2 on the canister...

For awhile I've had it connected to both lines on the canister using a T join and found no problems, but I was fiddling around on the weekend and changed it so it just connects to the bottom line...

    Anyway my question is:
    1. Should I connect the vacuum line on the TB to both lines on the canister using a T join?
    2. Connect the TB upto the "top" line on the canister (the smaller bit on the canister)?
    3. Connect the TB upto the "bottom" line on the canister?
    4. Get a VR V8 charcoal canister as it may have a single line? - Can someone confirm this?
    5. Don't connect it at all? - I've heard this add fumes inside the car though.

If you need pics I can upload some...

WILSO , dont stress over it , the 2 nozzles on the v6 throttle body are just suckin vacumn to the same place on the TB. the only difference is the nozzles arent the same size, if you connect the 2 lines from the canister to a tee fitting onto the single nozzle it will be basically the same setup. oh yeah did the v8 TB make any improvement to response + excellaration ?

Well I added a CAI and custom chip around the same time as the V8 TB. I did feel better throttle response and accelleration, but all these bits would have helped with that...

Cheers for the answer about the canister too.
