Put it this way....a V8 xforce exhaust will sound like ass on a V6......And xforce exhaust's don't have much going for them on V8's in the first place.....see where I am going here

Get an exhaust made up to suit the car.......but the Alloytec's and SIDI are very very hard to get a reasonable sound from.

Also a 3" will kill all your power on a V6....it's too big....2.5" max

As much as I hate to admit it, the 2 1/4" twin from XForce for the VE V6 actually doesn't sound too bad. I have never heard one in person, but if the V6 boys are anything to go by, that would be the system to get if you wanted it quiet with a slight bark on acceleration.

The other option is any other brand 2 1/2" as the XForce 2 1/2" sounds like **** on the V6.

Don't buy varex rear mufflers. They sound like arse! The butterflies vibrate and rattle. With the valves closed they sound like a vacuum cleaner with holes in the hose and open they drone like a mother ####er. How do I know? Coz I made the mistake of buying one.
