It has been suggested to me to fit a vacuum tank to boost the vacuum to my brake booster. My car has a decent cam which apparantly causes the engine to not produce enough vacuum for the brake booster to work properly. In slow traffic the brakes have little - no feel to them and really struggle to pull the car up.
Has anybody else with a cam experienced loss of brakes? If so, how have you solved it? Has anyone else used a vacuum tank on their VE to improve brake performance?
