Hi there, is there a way to test for vacuum leaks? i have one but i cant find it. I have checked every hose, the vaccum ball under the guard and behind the heater in the dash, still can find it. Is there a way to spray something on connections or something that will show a leak? thanks

Have you checked the one way valve directly behind the plenum (little black and white thing)? There is also hose under the throttle body that often gets dislodged. Could also be a plenum gasket, or the o-rings for the dipstick or oil refill cap.

To check for leaks around the engine, I know people who use Aerostart, but I am not sure whether that will damage the rubber or not.
