His first original ad had his car listed $14999 but deleted after he said he sold the car on sunday.

I have been checking carsales all week and noticed he posted the same car again today for $4999, so he obviously didnt sell it on sunday like he claimed.

Im guessing in his original post he was trying to talk up the 25th anniversary model saying he was getting offers from randoms of up to $18000.
Hoping someone here was gullible enough to go on carsales and see his car for the bargain price of $14999 and make him an offer.
Unfortunately most people on here know what they are really worth.

So was the story about it being sold for $14,999 (why not $15,000) 'fake news'.
The 'alternate fact' is that a photo of similar car, in a similar location, with a similar open door appears to be the same car.
Could just be a coincidence, or the digital media manipulating our misguided opinions.
