Hey guys, my mate has a white 5spd vn for sale and we both want to know what we could get for it. Upsides: - Its recently had an engine / trans swap over done professionally by a mechanic - The clutch is about 3 months old, and engine is strong has about 250xxx - Its got a sport exhaust system on it - Interior is S-pac - 6x4 fronts and 6x9s in the rear with a pioneer headunit - Sports steering wheel Downsides: - Windscreen has crack in it - Bonnet is touchup sprayed - Exterior has some stone chips here and there - Door interiors are bit broken here and there - DEFECTED. Thanks.
$500-$1000. none of what you listed adds any real value. Plus its defected. sell it as wrecking value - thats all its worth.
is it defected for the windscreen? if it runs ok and stuff id say 1-2k i sold my lexcen bomb with crappy paint, auto and 320,000km for 1300 bucks
well it was defected because of the windscreen, a bald tyre on the front, horn that we disconnected after putting on the sports steering wheel and a powersteering leak that we cant seem to see / there is no evidence of.. so yea
i bought my wagon. in decent condition. was a vn 5spd with factory lsd. for 1200 last year. no rego. but i reckon it would have passed. i only wanted it for the gearbox and lsd. but hey. i sold it twice. once for 300 then another for 200.
