valvoline vr1 racing oil in ecotec

    hi, can get "valvoline vr1 racing oil" cheaply. (30 bucks from repco atm)

    is this suited for a vs commodore ecotec?

    What's the viscosity of the oil and how many k's has the engine done?

    Edit: Saw the rating from the online catalogue, its a bit thinner (10W40) then what the owners book says (20W50), so you might get some leakage/seeping in some areas.

    at the moment the oil i got is 15w40 lol and cars done 168 000k's
