ok ive just got a electronic dizzy and wanted to know a few things.
1. should i run a wire from the pink ignition wire to coil to run constant 12 volts.
2. can i run my tacho or will it stuff it?
and is there anything i might run into?

The pink wire is the ignition wire, tacho will remain the same no change.

best move you will ever make. make sure you vac advance is working on the new dizzy by sucking on the hose. if you suck air through it its failed and needs to be replaced (pretty easy job).

cheers

Theres alot of info on this on oldholden.com and the holdenpedia.
From memory you need to upgrade the wire, so it gets a full 12volts, and some people also used a relay.
There is talk of the Tacho (in GTS Dash's) suffering after a while, maybe have a search or ask on Oldholden as it seems to be more common conversion there.
