Hey guys back in the 90's i owned a VB 253 i am thinking of rolling back the good days and going from modern to simple

Just wondering what are the regulations going from a 4cyl or 6cyl to 8cylinder for rego in a old vb/vc/vh commodore? NSW...

Also what is the aftermarket air conditioners like for these old girls?

Cheers

Generally speaking, as long as all the relevant suspension and brakes are as per the motor getting fitted like it would have been from the factory, you're all good to go.

That is, if going from 4 to 6, use the 6cyl brakes and springs...If going from 6 to 8, only the springs need changing, unless you go for a 308, which would require a disc braked rear.
