Hi I have a 79 vb sle 5 litre m21 box 308 diff it’s a ex highway patrol car from Griffith I have been told it’s a Sydney build it was my first car Brough it wen i was 16 I am now 43 it’s been in a shed for the last 18 years I haven’t moved it my question is how many were built like it and a rough idea on wot thay sell for cheers

I don't think Holden ever manufactured Commodores in NSW and I do not recall Highway Patrol ever driving SL/E's; but I could be wrong.... Smitty is the expert on these matters however (and generally all things Holden & Commodore ).

Holden sure did make Commodores at there Pagewood plant.
And yeah, don't think the police used SL/E's either.

Post up the build plate numbers and the guru's should be able to tell you exactly what it is.
