VC question - openings in side footwell

Hi guys, apologies if this is a dumb question, the kinda oval-shaped openings on the side of the footwell area, I assume these have some kind of cover (that my VC resto is missing) - what are these called? I'm having trouble sourcing them as I don't know what they're called.
