im wondering whether people think the interior is too light (its supposed to contrast with the chocolate colored carpet but looks very light)

anyway, any ideas or suggestions are welcome

Looks like a great restro job. I have heaps of spare parts such as fuel tank, headlights and covers etc that I had got for my VC. Unfortunately my VC is no more. Pmail me if you need anything. Ray

If you havent found a steering wheel yet check out the momo ranges of the era from the brock commodores much better taste than the SL/E steering wheels of the era

Nice job on the resto & really cool project I hate brown but it looks awesome in the car, interested in seeing some engine pics when they come along.

cheers

Great job on the project. would love to see some engine bay pics. i have done the 5L conversion in a VK but am getting bored with it and am seriously considering dropping in an LS3.
What sort of gearbox do you have behind the LS3 and how does it hold up?

What sort of clearance and fitting problems did you find with the motor and exhaust?

Chris.
