Hi,

I was wondering, have you had any experience fitting a VCM VT-VY Side Air Box CAI to a 5.7 litre LS1? Any results on a heads and cam car by any chance?

Thanks

Hello, it'll have enough flow for a camshaft, depending pn how big you want to go, but we'd still recommend an OTR intake, they've been tried and tested many times.

Thank you for the reply. Very helpful. I actually have the VCM OTRCAI now on my heads / baby cam LS1 5.7 M6, works well but I've now heard the VCM Pod intake and the induction sound is amazing compared to the OTRCAI. I was curious if I would lose anything switching as my car is just a street car, no track use.
