Yesterday my stability control turned off and went into safety mood and check engine light came on. Computer read code p0121. Cleared computer was fine driving last night. This morning came on again. Please help....

The stability stuff often happens when the battery is low on charge. The computer cuts features to conserve power.

The other code is related to a voltage error from the throttle position sensor. That is found inside the throttle body itself. It’s not a repairable item.

Get the charge system checked first.
It might be related to the error being logged.

Code was checked again when It came on again this morning with the same code but more info. It's come up with something to do with the accelerator pedal. Have cleaned throttle body that was extremely dirty.

The other end of the TPS is the other bit on the accelerator that reads the position of the peddle which gets sent to the throttle body.

It only plays up in the cold/ morning once it warms up it gains its power back and engine light goes out. Will be changing the accelerator pedal tomorrow hoping that's the only issue

Drove this morning after a good clean of the throttle body yesterday and so far so good nothing has come on at all and all back to driving normally... fingers crossed she stays happy
