Both front discs are very hot to touch bordering on instant burn if you touch it, and you can feel the heat coming off it as you walk past the car compared to the back I'm assuming there's a problem wondering what the problem is and how expensive that would be to repair also whether it's dangerous to drive.

Thanks
Ernie.

Sound like the Calliper Pistons is not retracting, on the front,
or the Back Pistons are jammed, and the back brakes are not working.
If your handy with a few spanners, you could put in Calliper Kits, Front and Rear,
which consist of Piston Boots and Seals, and then bleed the brakes.
[In other words, Service the Brake Callipers]

What type of driving are you doing? Have you replaced the pads recently? Did you put them in right, yes there is an inside and outside pad if you put them in wrong the Caliper won’t retract and stays pressed up against the rotor which will cause heat and warping if the rotors.

How quick do they get hot? If you have been on a decent stop start drive, they will be hot, regardless.

Unfortunately you haven't given much details to determine whether you have a caliper problem or whether it's an issue related to your driving style
