Morris minor ute with ecotec V6 transplant
Hi there , I have a 2012 VE Ute in my workshop with mutiple fault codes
another workshop removed the dash to replace the AC evaporator

it now has :

EBCM - U0125 - CAN bus no communication with multi axis acceleration sensor module
SDM - B0083 - Front impact sensor 1 - high voltage / open
SDM - B0084 - Front impact sensor 2 - high voltage / open
ENG - P0178 - Fuel composition sensor circuit low input
P069E - Fuel pump module requested MIL illumination
P2534 - Ignition on/start switch circuit low (this has been intermittent , sometimes live data shows 0 V , sometimes 14.5 V)

my service information is only for series one , so I don't have Schematics for the FPCM , as they seem to be on series 2 and onwards.

most of these codes I have never seen on a VE before (I run a Commodore only workshop)
especially the SDM front impact sensors , that is a first.

I was told that this vehicle didn't have any fault codes before the work was carried out , I know the tech and I believe him.

Try with fully charged battery with the correct or higher cca. That may get rid of all the error codes?

Yes. Low voltage conditions can cause phantom fault codes as the ECM rations battery voltage to more critical systems. Systems the ECM shuts down will then set fault off codes on the ECM.

The ECM shoves a stick through the front spokes of its own bike.

Do a load test. Charge test and battery health test.

Record the Codes with photo's
Then reset them all and see if they return.
