VE and VF Same Exhaust?

Hi, just wondering if a set of stock cats off an L98 VE SSV will bolt straight up to the Series 1 VF SSV stock manifolds? Also is the cat back exactly the same dimensions and everything between the two?

They will bolt up,but look down into the Ve cats then look down VF cats,VF flow a lot better and they will bolt up to std log manifold of a VE,exhaust length is exactly the same VE sedan to VF but utes and wagons about 300 longer than sedan.

Sedans and wagons are the same length, utes and Caprice's exhausts are longer.
