Ve Bonnet

    I have a 2010 series 11 ute has anybody put a hsv bonnet on their car and did it go straight on or were modifications needed. Want to fit one but not sure

    Assuming you mean an E2 and above bonnet (pontiac style with vents) then it won't fit. It is literally a pontiac left over and won't fit with the bar. Don't even think the mounting points are the same - could be wrong on that though.

    You can get aftermarket ones that are modified GMH bonnets (steel) but they're not cheap.

    Hey mate have a look at Holmart, VE GTO PONTIAC G8 FRONT CLIP (COMPLETE) this might be what your after, not cheap but.

    Slickits confirm what snips said. Its not a straight swap. A shame cause there are a few wrecked HSV's aound at the moment at the wreckers and the parts are cheap.
