    Hey guys as title.

Can I out Brembo from VE fronts to VF.

I don't want to drive out staff. Would only do if stock fit.

I think your username should be Elusivedreams. That would imply you know what they are but that they are out of reach.
Illusivedreams makes it sound like you don't even know what your dreams are.

You need to take a little more care when compiling your post mate. What does it mean when you say "I don't want to drive out staff"? But you will if stock fit?? What are you going on about?

I admit I didn't want to take the time to decipher the gibberish in your post.
IF you are simply asking can VE brembo fronts bolt on to a VF? The answer is yes.

VE Brembos have 12mm bolts, VF have 14mm bolts on the front. You can fit them but you have to drill out and re tap the
    caliper.

    Heheh.
That was my intention but at the age of 12 I couldn't differentiate between the two.i have used this this nickname for many years.

Sorry about the language. Autocorrect on phone and late typing.

Yes I simply want to use VE Brembo calipers on VF.

I'm reading that I require to drill out to 14mm.

Can some one confirm thread and pitch .Eg M14 1.25

New ones on Amazon are not that expensive. I'd check them out first.

I've drilled out the front knuckles to accommodate a larger bolt but I wouldn't drill out the caliper.

I'd use the VE m12 bolt and where the you have the larger front knuckle hole of the VF just get a piece of tubing that has an OD of 14mm and an ID if 12mm to make a sleeve.

The bolt threads onto the caliper not the knuckle so theres no issues using a sleeve.

@ Red Lion, keep in mind that the front camaro calipers, the brake hose attaches at the top of the caliper and for the OE Holden front brembo calipers, the brake hose attaches at the bottom refer pic. When you fit make sure your brake hose isn't rubbing on anything..

Thanks mate. Hopefully the mechanic does this on Tuesday. I'm sill paranoid about needing the longer bolts. But brakesdirct swears I don't need any.

    Retap the caliper?
Is there threads in the caliper.
I thought the only threads were the end of the bolt to the knuckle.
Are the holes in the caliper 14mm?

I'm in the process of buy some new brake lines for my VFII
I thought all VF were the same. But apparently not.
Got this response from a supplier
"Hi, VF2 has different inner mating surface in the fittings VS VF1."

Anyone heard of this or know what they are talking about.?
