Ve Calais l98 fuel issue.

Can I please get some ideas of fuel consumption with the l98. I know everyone is different and driving styles and such play a big part but just want to see how mine compares. No matter how I drive my car I get 450klm to a full tank of fuel and doesn’t matter weather it’s 91/95/98. All the same. Just wonder what everyone else is getting.

As you can see, I never go anywhere near using a full tank but when I do refill and reset the Kms and litres per 100 km numbers, it will give me a range of high 400s to low 500s.

I don't drive it like a Nana but don't thrash it either.....I suppose spirited driving.

You need to tell us more about your kind of driving. Is it all city driving etc? I average around 11l/100 with 50% or so on freeway, but I do hammer it a bit now and then. 2007 calais international v8, 205,000 ks

When were your o2 sensors replaced if at all? Servicing done when it should be? Air filter cleaned or replaced when it needs it?

air clear filter changed,
tyre pressure
throttle body clean, servicing (as above vr304 comment)
i get average 12lt around town 9lt highway,
spirited driving alot, plus tune otr, exhaust, 200,000klm VE SS
