Holden commodore vev6 2008
I have got me self a ve v6 2008. Ute
My check engine light keeps coming on

I took it to the Machanic’s where i got it from….
The said it was a bad connection to the radiator fans.
It was all good but came back on.
So i took it back they check it again , they said nothing was wrong.
And the check engine light was gone.
Until i was driving home the next day and it came back on again…

Care is running fine and all my fluid's are full.
Could it be a o2 sensor.

You need to either take it to a place that has a scan tool (Tech2 or equivalent) that can display historical error codes, or alternatively the next time the engine light comes on, take it back to the mechanic (don't turn your engine off) and get them to display the current code(s).

^^^This is the best advice.
Get a photo of the scan tool codes or ask them for a print out of what they are.

Until then we can only help you using a gypsy with a crystal ball in a mystical tent.
