I know Pro Auto in WA sell them. It's very easy to do yourself or you could just get a panel beater to do it (small cash job).

you can try a panel shop but most of them will want to charge you about $200 as minimum as I found out. a better option is to go to a bumper repair/ dent repair shop and get them to do it. cost me $40 to have mine painted to match my ute colour ( voodoo). it works out much cheaper either way. pro auto wants about $ 180 from memory. they basically do the same thing then make profit as well.chev grille is about $80 from Holden, mine was anyway - oh and I won't flame you bud I'm not an a-hole

As you are in Sydney try Sydney Special Vehicles
Car Parts - Body Kits - Spoilers - Rear Wings ...and more Car Parts | Sydney Special Vehicles || Sydney Special Vehicles

Otherwise try JHP in Melbourne if you have not done so already.
JHP Vehicle Enhancements - Specialise in Holden Monaro and Commodore Spoilers, Body Kits, Tyre and Wheel Packages.

AS others have said it would probably be easier just to mask it all up as required and spray paint it yourself. Will cost you very little. (I suspect that anyone with a complete black set has probably had them custom painted and if so I expect you will pay accordingly).

Yeah i bought mine already painted by Proauto in WA, ended being more expensive than buying one here on the east coast & getting it prof paint by a panel beater.
