Can't find the answer I'm looking for so I hope someone hear can help, i got a 2010 (oct) Ve series 2 ssv wagon but can't find if the exhaust layout is the same between the pontiac G8 & the VE SS. The sedan & wagon exhausts are the same given their both 1. The same wheel bace & 2. The same chassis... only real difference is the roof, any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I may be wrong but I think the exhaust is only different for the Utes and LWB (which share the same).

Centre sections are all the same, just the rear mufflers between sedan/wagon and statesman/ute

The only problem I see, and that's if you have AFM,
If you change the rear mufflers to something with a note, you will droned out,
"Especially in a Wagon"

Mine is E85 flex fuel just so that's not a drama, my only question is will the exhaust system for a pontiac G8 A.K.A S1 VE SS sedan fit my s2 ve ssv wagon?.

Considering the G8 is the American version of the Australian VE, the answer is obvious

2 to 3 months wait, $2500+, returning it if its wrong. Sounds like a major hassle. I'm sure you could find a shop that would build a custom setup near you in a few days for not much more then that. Bonus is you can play around with it and get it perfect for you
