Ve commodore not starting

Hey guys just after a bit of guidance/help my 2010 ve commodore won’t start. Is a Faulty fuel gage gunna stop the car starting? Any help much appreciated!! Cheers.

what EXACTLY is the fuel gauge problem
if the gauge is faulty are you sure nobody syphoned your petrol out

Fuel gauge stuck on empty needle won’t move. Have put 25ltrs in, it’s not been siphoned…

Well you havent been very specific in the circumstances involved in it not starting so providing advice is difficult. Does it actually crank over? Is there any error codes logged in the computer? Has there been any previous issues other than the fuel guage?

Having said that generally speaking a car only needs three things to start, fuel, spark and compression. So is the fuel pump working? Is the battery in good working order? VE Commodores can be finicky on battery quality and can refuse to run properly or at all if the battery is substandard.
