Hi, I have just done a engine swap in my sv6 to replace my blown one. When I try to start the car however, nothing happens. No cranking. The fuel pump primes and ignition turns on but nothing happens when I try to actually start it. I have had to hotwire it to start it. The center console doesn't have power to it anymore as well. Could this be caused by the immobilizer?

If you turn the ignition on and leave it on for about 10-30mins the immobilizer will overheat and turn off allowing you to start the car... then ul know if its a security issue

Did you use the same/original Sensors on the replacement motor?

Get it scanned,
thats a pathway to finding a solution !

grab a multimeter and measure the 4 terminals at the crank relay
ignition on reds 1 bat pos, 1 battery neg to park inhibit circuit, 1 starter solenoid resistance to ground
and one ignition key start position, nothing until crank and then pos
