VE fender type

Hi People. I need to get another passenger side front fender for my CP 09/08, Built 09/08, Holden, Commodore, VE MY09 Omega, Sedan.

On ebay the ones that I think might be the right one is one like this:

The trouble is, this one has an arrow shaped top right corner that goes near the passenger mirror. my existing fender does not have this shape.

It is that its showing the arrow head shape in the picture on ebay, because it has to be bent or something like that when I bolt it on??

I would have thought that it would come ready to paint and then bolt on?

Also, in the above link, what does the VE-8-06-4-13 mean?

Mate the arrow is just a plastic protector to be removed after delivery
VE-8-06-4-13 is build date from 8month 2006 to 4 2013

The ebay guard is a aftermarket copy, If you interested I've got a Passengers guard off a SS that in perfect condition you can have for $80 pickup
