Hey went to fill my gas the other day and even with car unlocked I cannot get my fuel door to open. I can hear and feel clicking but its stuck. It had been used while I was away but once back nothing. Dont wanna go dealership but if I have to I guess I will. Any ideas how to fix? TIA

I had the same type of issue. I just keep pressing the unlock button on the remote about 5 or more times and it would unlock the flap. Once I had it open I sprayed some lube in the slider of the lock and it was fine.

^^^^ done the same thing. Still happens from time to time. Just keep pressing unlock until it opens.

I also had the same problem. No matter how many times pressed remote it would not open. The slider gets stuck. With the help of a mate I could pry the cap open enough to get a small hook end tool in there and push the slider out of its latch. Once opened I lubed it up (and do so every now and again) and haven't had the issue since. Good luck with it.

Gave mine a spray with silicone before.
Has never been a problem, but best to keep ahead of problems, even small ones.

Taken back to dealership. The slider was stuck. New one getting fit soon.
