1991 VN Wagon..2012 VE Sportwagon.
92184900 - GM part number for the VE diff oil - comes in a 1L bottle and the diff will require approx 1.2L - about $30odd each - highly recommend changing it - I’ve done it 3 times in my VE that has 107thou on the clock and each time it’s been dropped, it’s got the appearance of tar and it stinks

If we are still talking about 1L Diff. oil,9214900,it cost me $40 a bottle about 3 years ago,not asking cost i ordered another 2 bottles about a Month ago and the local Dealer hit me with $120 for the 2.
Not happy GMH.

Agreed...but again..it's not available here at the moment.

I am very surprised that GMH does not have the product on hand.

This guy has a series of videos explaining how oil moves in the Differential. Perhaps one of the most informative from the series. Good to know on what is going on at the rear end.
