here's a set of readings i picked from the logs before and after the MAF swap best as i could matchup. Went from Stock V6 MAF to the Silver Badged Delphi MAF 25168491, MAF tables the same just extended. Obviously fueling and spark needed retouching but other than that. There might be slight differences in readings between MAF's at the same flow but even then there is enough gain to say there is still a flow gain.

Well it has been a year and 20,000km and my VX LS1 is going strong with the DELPHI AF10056 (GM Part No. 19207203) 85mm MAF.

No codes, fuel economy is good, power delivery is smooth. So I'm confident in saying its a plug and play MAF upgrade for VT-VY LS1's.


Optional: You can also buy a 5 WIRE MAF TO 3 WIRE & IAT SENSOR HARNESS ADAPTER if you want to utilise the MAF's inbuit Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor. These can be found cheap on eBay.

What's the flow and hz i should put in the table of my mafless tune to run one of these Delphi AF10056 ?

as want to go back to MAF and stock air-box, but want to keep the tranny tune in the mafless tune i got.

I have teamed up this MAF with the VZ MAF Intake pipe.

Works like a charm!

I just had to block off the PCV valve with a rubber gromet and clamp. The MAF intake pipe when clamped down sealed up perfectly with the MAF.

I also use a wiring adapter to use the MAF's internal Inlet Air Temperature (IAT) sensor.
