Now the next I will do is Replace the Front and rear Stabilizer rods. (Ebay seller sold me 4) and will decide what brand of rear shock to buy as the rear ones are stuffed. After that I waiting for the New Leather steering wheel cover to come as the original top of the Wheel is worn out so it needs a good cover and thats coming from SA. After this I will look the best windscreen wipers for the VE and no doubt I will find more thing to do.
As for todays work My friend came over and polished the Headlights as the head lights had the typical dull look with age, next in the line will come a good front seat cover and the last thing I will do is My Security that is different than any other that is available today.
When time goes on I will have the Front Windscreen removed and replace only because of the SIDE Rubbers are falling apart like most VE and even VF that are left in the Sun.

Pretty sure the side rubbers can be replaced without removing the windscreen, they should just pull off.

Does the VE have a rubber strip up the top? I've only look at about three VE's and none of them had nothing up the top but that does not mean they are not like this from new.

I think he means right up the top of the screen in the centre near the roof on the inside.

My rear windscreen is starting to peel around the edges, Front cracked and was replaced yonks ago. Dam 40 degree days and cold AC don't mix.

Yes No doubt the Sun/heat is the issue. The same goes for the Milky headlights. My friend came over with his buff and cleaned them up

    Thanks Gents.

And yes @knighty92 , my VS was nearly 22 years old and had no issues like that.

The VE looks to be OK at the moment.

My side windscreen rubbers are the worst so far I have seen. I have looked at 8 Ve's or 10 (some at Auctions) and my one is worse up the top of the windscreen worse on the side rubbers. I will take a photo of that too and put it here this arvo with the top of the screen. No doubt this VE has lived in the Sun since it was made in 2009

I was looking for a radiator hose the other week. Super Cheap told me they don't stock anything for VE.
