would a Ve hsv or vf bonnet fit correctly on a stock ve? or would i need other parts in order to fit it?

VE HSV, Yes.

VF, no. That will require old hinges to be removed and VF hinges welded on by a panel beater.
Then VF guards, lights, bumper, and bonnet fit.

VF wont.
E series HSV will require front bumper and grille to match the bonnet.
