Am looking at a HSV wheel for the SV6 and reckon that the black insert trim looks better than the silver. Was just wondering if anybody knows if there are black trim strips, the ones directly below the instrument cluster and above the glovebox , available to fit the SV6? Alternatively will SS or up trim fit (centre console differences)? Cheers dudes.

Only think I'd be suss about would be the auto shifter area - everything else would be plug and play, one would think.

Other option is pulling the silver stuff out and coating it in vinyl. That would be a relatively cheap alternative - and worst case scenario is you rip it off if you don't like it.

tinny loves his vinyl

Normally I don't, actually - but in this instance, it could be a a semi-permanent alternative to spraying the interior - if you fk up the paint, that's it - but if the vinyl goes bad, just pull it off and start fresh. Should be plenty durable enough. Just shrink it to fit with a heat gun.
