I would love seat warmers in my Calais, I have them in the Lexus and I use them every day living in Orange where it gets bloody cold. It's much nicer driving home at night with a toasty rear end.. :)

dude get a clue, I guss Holden sold more cars in the middle east than sold in AUS.

speaking of, the summer is here now, and it's avarage is 45 dgrees. seat COOLERS whould be much more useful in my case xD

setting on a 60 degrees hot black lether, is not cool :bang:

Holden sell more Commodores in Aus than any other market. That said, I'm not sure seat warmers would be all that high on the priority list in the middle east either.

This thread has last the plot.

As to the original question I really doubt it would be an easy job to retro fit the parts needed to add seat warmers to an Australian Commodore.

I wouldn't mind having them...nothing worse than freezing cold leather in winter even here on the Gold Coast...check out my pictures below of my 2 cars from last winter.

Ooookay then. I guess i just totally missed the part where Holden was an Australian company that's been producing cars here for 60+ years. My bad.

Then dont option leather. Or, get darker tint, dont park it in direct sunlight blah blah blah....

I didn't say it would. :bang:

I know you didnt.

But as i said, name me one locally designed and produced small car that has seat warmers.

And when you fail to, you will see my point. The VE Commodore is an Australian produced/built car, the need for seat warmers on even our coldest day is questionable to say the least. And you're not going to decide to buy a small, 4 cylinder car just because it's got seat warmers when the car you really need is a 6cylinder or 8 cylinder car, so your point about them falling behind isnt really valid.

You cant fall behind by not putting in a feature that isnt needed for the market.

YAY ! I got flamed lol

anyway, i had a car with seat wormers, they are good the winter, *but the sweaty butt crack stays a problem xD *

and IF they are putting them in commodores, GM better not make the same mistake with their other cars (Trail Blazer for examble), where you accidently start the heater ALL the time, and when it's already hot, you may get something worse than a sweaty a** :D

As i said. Name me a brand. You seem to be overly worried about Commodore losing market share because they dont have said arse warmers. Im trying to understand where your viewpoint is coming from, your one word answers arent really helping to get your point across.
