Hi, new to the forum and the VE.
2 Questions:
1. The on/off volume knob on the unit works ok for volume but doesn't turn off the radio/stereo when pressed in? Only way to turn it off completely is to remove key and exit vehicle. What could this issue be?
2. Is there a way to enter the firmware or engineering mode on this Blaupunkt radio, being an SSV I think it is called a level 3 unit in the handbook. And/or is there a way to factory reset the radio?
Any help appreciated.
