VE series 1 calais issues with voice in display

Hi
First time poster.
Having some major issues with my 2007 series 1 calais V.
Head unit it displaying voice in at all times and with no other functions working at all.
Cannot turn radio on at all and when car locked voice in display stays on.
BT module has been changed and works.
I have pulled face of radio out and pushed back in place and it all works OK with no voice in display but as soon as engine is cranked over it goes back to the voice in display with no radio cd etc.
Any help would be much appreciated as I don't know what to look at next.
Maybe programming issue or something else.

A friend had similar issue and was told
The facia is faulty or been swapped from another Vehicle. Normally a facia can be relinked with a tech2 (Holden Scan Tool)
