VE Series 1 Calais Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) wire

Hi,

I'm in the process of installing a new head unit in my VE Calais (Series 1) which has a vehicle speed sensor (VSS) input for the navigation. Does anyone know of an easy location to access this signal wire?

I found this thread (https://forums.justcommodores.com.au/threads/vf-commodore-doc-connector.227006/page-3) which says there is an unused connector behind the glove box that may have a VSS signal wire (as well as a surveillance mode switch). Is there a similar connector on the VE?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi mate - can see there were any responses here re the VSS, just wondering if you had any luck finding this wire? cheers
