VE service reminder reset

Hold down only the up & down arrow buttons (below the mode button) of the trip computer.
Turn the ignition to ON
After about 3 seconds the service reading will appear
Release the up & down arrows
You'll hear a beep
Hold the up & down arrows again & it should reset
Turn the ignition off.
No more service warning
(that's off memory so hope it's accurate- but it is in the standard manual that comes with the car).

The glove box manual states that you have to take your car to holden

And if you want diagnostic mode press and hold enter while turning ignition on

Worked for me:

Press and hold the trip button on the steering wheel.
Turn the ignition to ON.
Release trip button.
Press and hold the ‘Enter’ Button until a confirmation beep is heard.
Turn the ignition to OFF.

I've done the service quite early on my car, does this step reset the interval now. It doesn't seem to give me any signs it has reset

Reset procedure only works when the reminder is on the dash. So once it comes within the parameters for service, you will have to reset it.
