    hey guys.

I have googled around a little bit but i thought i would have better luck just asking here.

So i have my p plates (so no v8s) witch sucks cause i'd love to have one.

I currently have a calais vz 2004 alloy tec. i am looking at the VE models and they look great i love em but my question is...

Sidi or alloy for the VE models (calais and statesman WM) im not interested in any thing else but those 2.

Now last week i test drove the VE SV6 sidi. I only test drove it cause i wanted to see what the sidi was like and i liked it, felt smooth and had fair bit more power in it.

AND is it worth the extra money for the sidi or is the alloy tec VE as good as the VZ ??

    thanks in advance, cheers.

    2013 MY12.5 SV6Z + 2016 MY16 SV6, both manuals
    Definitely SIDI.

I have had both, and the SIDI is a better engine with better gearing.

I would also recommend the Series II over the MY10.

As long as it's 2008+ model. Go the SIDI if you have the extra money. Get a manual also.
