I have a Holden Lumina SE 2007 bought new. Soon after purchase, the AC and radio plus fan seemed to freeze in the last operational state. I requested a check from Holden service Dept at the time of service, but alas nothing happened. I have the same problem still. Dont know if it is a software problem or an earthing problem. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Try pulling the facia off completely.

Wrap your fingers up behind the base of it and pull outwards, it just clips in.

Then clip it back into place and see if it comes back to life.
Thanks,, I have had the same problem with mine, just pulled the facia off and clipped back in place,. Woolaa it worked.. So happy now..

I had the exact same issue, stereo went blank and my aircon was left on full ball, everyone was telling me Holden was the only place that was going to be able to fix it but I just removed the facia and put it back on and it’s back to normal! Wow thanks so much!! Fingers crossed it stays fine

Never had an issue with mine after popping off the fascia and refitting (thx ricey) and sold the car in late 2016.
Stuff banging around in the glovebox can contribute to the fascia losing connection.
