VE SS plugs and bits?

Hi all. Done a few searches on this but can't seem to find what I'm after. I have an 06 VE SS and there's 2 pair of wires that I thought were for my fog lights (bought the car and they were disconnected) but after testing them they're not what I was hoping for. If someone could tell me what they're for and also where I'd find the fog light wires so I can connect them up.







Also these two things lol. Not sure what they are or where they go. Any info would be muchly appreciated
