yeh thats a good price for all of that, yeh paddars quoted me around $1,100-$1,400 for the same job i could do myself for around that price as sphinx or get someone to install it for an extra $100-$150.

You would think FE3 would be lower and stiffer than FE2 as sphinx was saying FE1.5 is the softer spec for the stato's and caprices.

DONT PAY TO GET SPRINGS DONE FOR YOU!! DO IT YOURSELF!!!

I changed the springs in the back of my car and it took literally 10mins per side. jack up car, take off wheel, get big bar and bend axle down (you'll need a helper for this) and pop out old spring, repeat to put new one in.

shocks would just be a matter of un bolting them and bolting the new ones in, I think, correct me tho.

simple as that!

if doing them yourself can get spring clamps too there cheap and easy to use.
