Hi Gents,
New to the site, have been viewing for a while and and some great information. I've just purchased a VE SS ute L98 09 model. It's not my first SS but great to be back in a v8 ute. This one has the following;
Pack emailer extractors, twin 2.5 inch, otr, cam, made 443rwhp. All work was done at SAMs performance in Sydney, it's an animal to drive, love it!
I have a few questions that's some guys may be able to help out with;
1: I received dyno print outs and spoke with SAMs performance, but they don't have list of mods on file anymore for the work that was done. Anyway of finding out what size cam I have without this information?
2: I haven't had cam works before, so are there any precautions or additional additions I should have installed. Cam has been in for 35k and no issues so far.
3: Not an expert at reading dyno sheets but seems like torque is down at initial. Is there anyway tune can fix this.
Any other feedback would be great.
